Annual subscription fee to activate the following additional functions: Remote control option: This option enables the smart memo and the MPP 30-30/MPP 70-35 to communicate with each other and exchange measured values. Test sequences for water pressure tests can be carried out automatically. The smart memo controls the pump and starts/stops pressure regulation/maintenance at the correct time. Air volume determination option: In combination with the MPP 30-30/MPP 70-35, this option determines the residual air in the test line during water pressure tests. Immediately after the pressure build-up phase ends, an assessment of the line’s air-free status is displayed. This can save the user a great deal of time if the air content is too high. A prerequisite is the flow measurement option in the MPP 30-30/MPP 70-35. Live measurement option: Live measurement involves the transmission of measured values during an ongoing test, enabling the progress of the measurement to be monitored remotely. Data transmission takes place at regular intervals, which depend on the specific test. Live measurement is available for the following menu items: W400 Standard procedure, W400 Contraction procedure, W400 Influence-minimised standard procedure, W400 Accelerated standard procedure, G469 B3 Distribution line, G469 C3 Test, EDS2 Data logger, External pressure test, EN805 Standard procedure, EN805 Contraction procedure, FW602 Pressure Test, FW602 Simultaneous Pressure Test, FW602 Water Pressure Test, FW602 Differential pressure test, G E101 MOP ≤ 100 mbar, G E101 100 mbar < MOP ≤ 6 bar, G E101 6 bar < MOP ≤ 16 bar, W 101 Standard procedure, W 101 Contraction procedure, G-22/G-23 ND, G-22/G-23 HD Data subscription smart memo: Sending measurements via the Esders Connect app (Android, iOS, Windows) on a flat-rate basis. A smart memo with an LTE module is required for this function. The option package is available as an annual subscription. The annual fee must be paid in advance and is due at the time of booking or annual renewal. The subscription is automatically renewed for a further year unless cancelled. To cancel, the serial number of the relevant measuring device must be provided.

Save time and money when performing water pressure tests thanks to the seamless integration of smart memo and MPP 30-30 / MPP 70-35! Both devices can communicate with each other and exchange data via a wired interface. Thanks to the additional air volume measurement function, you receive information on the residual air in the pipework immediately after the pressurisation phase – and this works flexibly with all standard test procedures and their variants (such as W400, W101, EN 805, SVGW W4 or SIA 384).

You also benefit from the automation of the test procedure, as the smart memo controls the MPP 30-30 / MPP 70-35. Simply start the test on the device and the smart memo carries out almost all steps of the test automatically.

Remote control option*

This option enables the smart memo and the MPP 30-30 / MPP 70-35 to communicate with one another and exchange measurement data. Test sequences for water pressure tests can be carried out automatically. The smart memo controls the pump and starts/stops pressure regulation/maintenance at the correct time. This prevents errors during the test and saves you valuable time in your day-to-day work.

Air Volume Determination Option

This option is used to determine the residual air in the test pipe. Immediately after the pressurisation phase is complete, an assessment of whether there is any air in the pipe is displayed. This means you find out at the earliest possible stage whether there is too much air in the pipe.

In the best-case scenario, this could save you a whole working day! Air volume determination is a reliable and innovative alternative to the pressure drop test. Clear results are calculated based on physical equations that describe the fundamental processes within the pipework. Unlike the results of the pressure drop test, these results are independent of the test procedure and the personnel carrying out the test on site. Air volume determination supports you in all relevant testing procedures in accordance with regulations (including W400, W101, EN 805, SVGW W4 and SIA 384).

The option pack includes access to the additional functions ‘Remote control option’ and ‘Air flow measurement option’ in the smart memo. The licence is valid for one year.

The option package can only be used with an additional connection cable and an upgrade for the smart memo. The smart memo does not need to be sent to us for the upgrade. You simply order the menu item as usual via the internal sales team and can carry out the update very easily in the Esders Connect app. In future, it will also be possible to subscribe to and cancel this service in Esders Connect.
