The company - our Esders team
With now more than 130 employees, twenty of them in development, the company is growing steadily. We rely to a large extent on skilled personnel we have trained ourselves and try to provide perspectives for development. For example, our production manager used to be the first trainee in the company.
Success is teamwork!
Our backbone is our skilled personnel, specialists with large commitment. We train future specialists ourselves. And with great success! On average, 10 to 15 % of our employees are trainees. The excellent development of the company has made it possible to take on all trainees to this day.
From a single source
When it comes to production, we don’t follow the trend. As many components as possible are manufactured in-house, and the circuit boards and complete assembly are also carried out here. This allows us to react faster and more flexibly to current requirements. Since 2016, the mechanical components have also been mainly manufactured in-house using the most modern CNC machines.
Sustainability in modern production
Every little idea for a better environmental balance is worth considering.
You can find out more about our sustainability strategy in production under the following link.
In the north-west of Germany, in Haselünne in the Emsland region, we have been developing measuring and warning devices, software and system solutions for the gas and biogas sector and for the water and wastewater sector since 1989. Our products and services solve problems for utilities, pipeline constructors, plumbers and service providers.
In addition to development and production, sales and service are also located in our company-owned office and production building. It is one of our principles that we are available to you for maintenance, functional testing and repair of all devices in a competent and partner-like way.
Thanks to our many years of experience at home and abroad, we can offer you individual recommendations and problem solutions. Problem solving means that you not only receive a measuring device, but also suitable, practical accessories to enable you to carry out your tasks efficiently. An example of this is our extensive range of accessories for pressure tests in the gas and water sector according to DVGW G 469 or W 400-2 and EN 1610.
Made in Germany
We manufacture all our products in Germany and are certified according to ISO 9001 and ATEX 2014/34/EU. Another certification that is very important to us is the “Emsländische Gütesiegel für Familienfreundlichkeit” (a seal of approval for family friendliness by the Foundation for work and family of the Ems region). For us, this does not only mean sustainable personnel development and personnel policy, we simply want our employees to be able to combine work and family in the best possible way and to be happy.
We work with high-tech machines and enjoy optimised and digitalised processes. For this, we have been awarded the title of “Digital place of Lower Saxony” and have already been awarded the “Future-proof” certificate twice by the state of Lower Saxony.
Over the past 30 years, our family business has specialised in the fields of gas detection and gas measuring technology as well as pressure tests on gas and water pipelines. The focus of our work is also on pressure measurement technology and test systems for gas measuring and warning devices. With our products (technologies for personal and environmental protection) we want to make a contribution to safe pipelines and thus to the conservation of resources.
Our customers include energy supply companies as well as service providers and craftsmen in the gas and water industry. Since fast workflows and the documentation of measurements are very important, we offer you different system solutions on the latest state of the art. We also create user-specific software for you – at short notice after consultation.
In cooperation with you, we offer completely individual customisation options in many areas. The people involved in problem solving are real technical specialists – family-friendly technoholics who like to lead the way, develop fantastic plans for the future, and enjoy and appreciate living in the northwest of Germany:
