It provides reliable support to network operators, municipal utilities and service providers in carrying out standard-compliant calibration, adjustment and functional testing in accordance with DVGW G 465.
From a time-waster to a smart inspection process
First and foremost, daily manual calibrations and bump tests take up valuable working time. Because constantly connecting the hoses, operating the valves and reading the values interrupts the workflow, errors often creep in when staff are under pressure. Furthermore, the situation is compounded by the fact that documentation is usually carried out manually on paper. This is difficult to keep track of and therefore offers little immediate, reliable insight into the actual condition of the equipment.

Our smart AutoCal solves precisely these problems! Once up to three test gases (CH4 Ecomini and Gasmix) have been connected, it then carries out the calibration, adjustment and bump tests of the gas detection and measurement devices fully automatically. Furthermore, automatically generated digital test reports, unique device identification via the serial number and the integrated pump function test ensure a smooth and standardised testing process.
