Description
The TONI FlowTest is the ideal handheld measuring device for anyone who wants to carry out flow measurements, serviceability and pressure tests on gas installations quickly and reliably – in accordance with DVGW 5952 and TRGI up to 2 bar. Thanks to menu-guided processes, robust construction and digital documentation, it makes everyday life much easier for HVAC and utility companies – especially when changing meters, performing repeat tests or working with large systems of more than 100 litres.
Serviceability tests and documentation with the TONI FlowTest
The TONI FlowTest combines several important test functions in one compact device: flow measurement and serviceability testing in accordance with DVGW G5952 using Class L sensors. The measured values are given in litres per hour and enable precise quantification of leaks, e.g. when replacing meters or during periodic inspections. Reference pressures can be set for evaluation purposes. In addition, the FlowTest can perform load and leak tests in accordance with TRGI with up to 2 bar test pressure.
Thanks to its practical design with only two pressure connections, tests can be carried out without reconnecting – quickly, with repeatable accuracy and intuitive operation. Even larger systems (> 100 l) can be measured without any problems. The results are automatically documented free of charge via Esders Connect and, if required, automatically sent by email or provided as a printout for customer service.
With a weight of only 250 g, a battery life of more than 120 hours and integrated magnets for attachment, the TONI FlowTest is not only technically powerful, but also particularly convenient to use.
