Digital protocols as they should be

Our measuring devices record all test values digitally, including start and end pressures, test time, minimum and maximum values.

The Esders Connect app automatically saves the results, creates test reports and, if required, can also send them automatically by email – no paperwork, no rework.

Fast service when it matters

Heating and heat pump systems can be complex. Our customer service is not.
Whether you need spare parts, a mobile service team or help with documentation, we offer reliable assistance exactly when you need it – without any unnecessary delays.

For greater quality in the system

Our devices are developed and manufactured in Haselünne with the aim of making work on the construction site easier and safer. Whether it’s load testing on the heating pipe, leak testing before the screed or the serviceability test according to TRGI: with Esders, specialist tradesmen and utility companies are on the safe side.

Before heating systems can deliver their full performance, it must be clear that there are no leaks and no safety risks.

Devices for everything that flows warmly through pipes

Our  devices are developed to meet the requirements for testing heat pumps and heating circuits. They provide reliable measurement results, are intuitive to use, and save valuable time through digital data recording – especially for tightly scheduled tasks and parallel work.

Pressure and leak test of underfloor heating system

Table of Contents The pressure in underfloor heating is essential to ensure that this type of climate control system works properly, is safe and has a long service life. Before activating an installation, it is essential to carry out a pressure or leak test to confirm that there are no leaks or losses in the system. This test is not only a technical requirement, but is also stipulated by special regulations. In this article, we explain the correct pressure for

Frequently Asked Questions

There is no such thing as an unnecessary question; there are only too few answers. That is why we are continuously working on listing important questions and answers for test procedures in the field of heating systems here.

Before commissioning a heat pump, a leak test is mandatory – especially for new installations or after repairs to the pipeline. This ensures that leaks can be ruled out and standards such as DIN 1988-2 and EN 806-4 are complied with.

The leak test should be carried out before screed or floor coverings are laid. Our digital measuring devices automatically record all pressure curves and document the results in a legally compliant manner – ideal for new builds and renovations.

The Esders Connect app allows you to automatically save and compare all test reports and send them as PDF files or emails – directly from the construction site. This saves time and simplifies the process of providing evidence to clients or testing centres.

Yes, many of our measuring devices are designed to reliably test both gas installations and heat pump lines. This allows you to efficiently monitor changes in the system without having to switch devices.

Heat pumps may only be filled with refrigerants such as propane (R290) by qualified personnel with a valid certificate for working with refrigerants. This is required by law, as these substances are flammable and environmentally hazardous.
