Our devices detect all common refrigerants in accordance with EN 14624 – from classic R134a to flammable alternatives such as R290 or R32. Even the smallest leaks can be quickly located, even in hard-to-reach places. Flexible goosenecks make this possible.

Auch für Druckprüfungen gerüstet

Neben der Lecksuche lassen sich auch Druckprüfungen mit nicht aggressiven Gasen bis 2 bar durchführen, etwa zur Überprüfung von Zuleitungen vor der Inbetriebnahme. Die Prüfzeiten können bei Bedarf flexibel angepasst werden – so auch bei Langzeitmessungen oder bei wiederkehrenden Prüfzyklen.
Der Minimal-, Maximal-, Start- und Enddruck werden hier für eine lückenlose, verständliche Auswertung übersichtlich dargestellt.

Monitoring the transport of heat pumps

During the transport and installation of heat pumps, hidden transport damage can occur. Our measuring devices enable continuous monitoring of the refrigerant concentration during transport – thanks to magnetic housing attachment directly to the device. This allows any leaks to be detected and clearly documented.

Yes, our devices can also be used to measure refrigerant concentrations during transport. This is particularly helpful for subsequently detecting any transport damage to heat pumps.

Only qualified personnel with a certified refrigerant licence may work with refrigerants such as R290 or R32. This applies to air conditioning systems as well as heat pumps – for safety and environmental protection reasons.
