On 1 August, we welcomed eight new trainees to our company. This year, four electronics technicians for devices and systems, two industrial clerks and two IT specialists are starting their careers with us.
The first day began with a short round of introductions, during which the trainees received important information about the training programme, our company and our trainee blog. As a little surprise, they then received a personal welcome gift, including an engraved pen with their own name on it.
This was followed by a tour of the company to give them an initial insight into what they can look forward to. All trainees and trainers met over breakfast, where they had the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange ideas.
Finally, the trainees were taken to their departments, where they were given an explanation of their initial tasks and handed their work materials, such as laptops for the industrial clerks and IT specialists.
In the next few days, the new trainees will receive further training and their first practical tasks. This will enable them to gradually get to know the company, their colleagues, the internal processes and their future areas of responsibility even better.
