On 27 and 28 May, we once again welcomed students to Esders as part of the ‘Mein mutiger Weg’ (My Courageous Path) project, this time eight students from the St. Ursula district secondary school in Haselünne. The project not only offers young people the opportunity to get a first impression of working life, but also helps them to strengthen their self-confidence and get to know their own interests and strengths better.
At Esders, the doors to many exciting areas were open: logistics, production, service, accessories, accounting, purchasing, sales and marketing. It wasn’t just about watching. In the departments, pupils were allowed to ask questions, take on tasks and even get involved in manual work. Whether soldering and screwing circuit boards, working with wood, processing purchases or performing creative tasks in marketing, the students were able to actively participate and gain real insights into our company.
We are delighted to support and encourage young people on their path to a career. Thank you for visiting us – perhaps we will see you again for an internship, an apprenticeship or a student job. We look forward to meeting you!
