Insights into an apprenticeship at Esders
Eleven students from Bödiker Secondary School in Haselünne visited us on 4 April for this year’s career exploration day, which began with a presentation followed by a tour of the company led by our trainees Kevin and Jannis. The young visitors had the opportunity to laser engrave ballpoint pens, with the support of our colleague Maxim, who explained and supervised the laser process.
The visit was rounded off with a practical soldering task, during which the participants gained their first experience with soldering irons, components and electronics.
We are delighted with the school pupils’ enthusiasm and would like to thank everyone involved for giving us the opportunity to bring Esders closer to the skilled workers of tomorrow!
