Measurement of the gas volume based on the flow velocity when purging of gas lines in combination with the Mobile Gas Flare S (402280), the Mobile Gas Flare M (402380) and the Mobile Gas Flare L (402480). This option requires the pressure measurement option (282124 or 282135) for the OLLI (280000/280040/280060). The V measurement for propane only works with the Sensor Array option (282102), NOT with the Dual IR Sensor option (282103).

The option package includes the use of the additional functions “option remote control“ and „option air volume measurement“ in the smart memo. The period of use is one year. The annual fee is due on date of order in terms of prepaid charges. After expiration of the period of use the option package will be inactivated. A new or subsequent order of the option package can be placed at any time. The annual fee can be payed for multiple years in advance. This option package can only be used in conjunction with the motor test pumps MPP 30-30/ MPP 70-35 and the smart memo. Another requirement is the option „flow measurement“ in the MPP 30-30/MPP 70-35. The following services are included: Option remote control This option means that the smart memo and the MPP 30-30/MPP 70-35 can communicate with each other and exchange measured values. Test sequences for water pressure tests can be carried out partially automated. The smart memo controls the pump and starts/ stops the pressure control/maintenance at the right time. Option air volume measurement With the help of this option in combination with the MPP 30-30/MPP 70-35 a determination of the residual air in the tested pipe is performed. Directly after the end of the pressure build-up phase, a rating for the absence of air in the pipe is displayed. With the air volume measurement, the smart memo can detect critical high air contents at an early stage and the user is spared unnecessary time and effort. This option can currently only be configured after the LTE-GPS Option (222610) has been selected.

Menu-guided test sequences for performing pressure tests on wastewater pipes and manholes in accordance with the regulations EN 1610 (Europe), DWA-A 139 (Germany) and DWA-M 149-6 (Germany). This option includes the following menu items in the device: Wastewater Procedure Air : Performing tests with air as the test medium in accordance with the regulations mentioned. EDS2-P 1 bar pressure sensor required. Wastewater Procedure Water: Performing tests with water as the test medium in accordance with the regulations mentioned. The EDS2 level probe is required, and optionally, a smart level control.

The zero point can also be set manually and the alarm deactivated. The function only applies to the "above-ground testing" use case.

Annual fee to activate the following additional functions: 1. sending measurements via the Esders Connect app (Android, iOS, Windows) in the form of a flat rate. 2. activation of a live measurement in the smart memo. The live measurement includes a data transmission of measured values during an ongoing test in order to be able to observe the measurement progress remotely. The data transfer takes place at regular intervals, depending on the test in progress. The annual fee must be paid in advance (prepaid) and is due at the time of booking. It applies per measuring device, can be renewed at any time and can also be paid for several years in advance in order to plan the period of use in the long term. Once the term has expired, measurements can still be sent. However, these are billed individually and charge the metering quota. The credit for this can be topped up using the measurement package (item 222550). A smart memo with LTE module is required for this function. Menu-guided test procedure for performing pressure tests on geothermal probes (EWS). The procedure is based on the contraction method in accordance with EN 805. Adaptations of the procedure to the specific characteristics of EWS are based on the contents of SIA 384/6.

App-based measurement with documentation via the Esders Connect app. Measurement points can be selected during the measurement and assigned titles, comments, images and GPS positions, including via QR codes. Suitable for investigations in which potential leak points such as flanges, fittings or other above-ground system components are to be specifically targeted and the methane peaks that occur are to be recorded. Measurement control, concentration display and history are handled entirely by the app. The documented measurement interval depends on the transmission to the app and thus on the smartphone, tablet or similar device used, and is approximately 1-2 seconds. Once the measurement is complete, a digital report is automatically generated that is clear, comprehensible and audit-proof, including images, measurement history and all documented additional information. Ideal for plant inspections, recurring checks and investigations requiring documentation under the EU Methane Regulation.

Menu-guided test procedure for performing pressure tests on house installations using air pressure. When using the integrated pump in the Druktest max, the following test sequence can be performed fully automatically: pressure build-up, stabilization, testing, pressure release. The following parameters are freely adjustable: Test pressure (up to max. 1500 mbar) duration stabilization phase (0 to max. 60 min.) duration main test (up to max. 60 min.) Menu-guided test sequence for performing leak tests on test objects with water, e.g. open containers, tanks, reservoirs, pools. The leak test can be performed according to your own specifications using this menu option. During the test, the smart memo uses an EDS2 level probe to determine the current water level, as well as its possible drop, and finally generates an evaluation of the test in accordance with the test requirements entered. Menu-guided test procedure for testing a water pipe in accordance with Swedish VAV regulation P78. The test requires an MPP 30-30 (item no. 401005) with the flow measurement option (item no. 405832), a 25 bar pressure sensor (item no. 361012) and a contact temperature sensor (item no. 222203).

Menu-guided test procedure for pressure sewer pipes in operation. The option includes the two test procedures developed by Augsburg University of Applied Sciences on behalf of the Bavarian State Office for the Environment: - HSA standard procedure - HSA 20-minute test The fully automated test procedure requires an MPP (30-30/70-35), a pressure sensor with sufficient accuracy for the selected test pressure (minimum accuracy of 0.01 bar), an EDS2 flow meter and an EDS2 automatic drain.

The additional gas analysis option can be used to check whether ethane is present in a gas sample and, if so, in what proportion. This makes it possible to determine conclusively whether the gas source found is natural gas or another gas mixture. The measurement is carried out using HUNTER.

Integrated pump with a flow rate of approx. 20 l/h. The pump transports the gas to the sensors via various available probes and a plug-in nipple with integrated filter screw connection installed on the top of the housing.
